The Soapstone fosters a safe, fun, and welcoming space for everyone.
The Soapstone Comedy Club exists to bring people together through laughter, creativity, and shared experiences in Horizon. To keep our community safe, respectful, and inclusive, we ask all members—performers, audience members, and hosts—to follow these standards.
House Rules
- No vulgar profanity or graphic sexual material.
- No racial, homophobic, or other derogatory jokes.
These rules are the foundation of our community, ensuring that everyone can enjoy comedy in a safe and welcoming environment.
What Clean Comedy Means at The Soapstone
At The Soapstone, we encourage creativity and freedom of expression, but we also ask comedians to keep their material “TV Clean.”
That means:
- If it can be said on late-night television, it can be said on our stage.
- As long as the material stays within the house rules above, comedians are welcome to push the envelope with clever, witty, and boundary-pushing humor—without crossing into offensive or explicit territory.
Our goal is to provide a space where comedy can be sharp, funny, and inclusive—entertaining everyone without alienating anyone.

Meta Horizon Code of Conduct
In addition to our house rules, all performers and audience members must adhere to the Meta Horizon Code of Conduct. This framework ensures that respect, inclusivity, and safety remain at the heart of our shared experiences in the Metaverse. Anyone breaking this Code of Conduct can be reported, muted or removed from the world.
